Villarreal Launch 2016/17 Joma Kits
Last season’s losing Europa League semi-finalists Villarreal return to the Champions League next season after their fourth placed finish in La Liga.
Joma has won the contract to produce the kits and recently signed a four-year deal. These are their first effort.
Villarreal 2016/17 Home Kit
This is the Villarreal home kit for the 2016/17 season.
The club will once more wear their traditional colour of yellow. The clean design features minimal pattern and dark navy blue trim. The collar is rounded with a thin blue band around the side and back of the neckline. The cuffs feature a thin navy blue band around the sleeve hem.
On the front, a mesh panel is evident on both shoulders at the front, across the top of the arms.
The shorts and socks are the same shade of yellow.
The goalkeeper will wear a light blue kit as their first choice.
Villarreal 2016/17 Away Kit
Villarreal will wear an all-black strip on their travels during the 2016/17 season.
The kit features three tonal darker black stripes on the front of the body. Each stripe comprises two thin stripes either side of a thick black stripe.
The curved v-collar has a dark black and yellow trim at the front. The sleeves have dark black and yellow cuffs.
Finishing the kit is black shorts with a yellow band at the bottom of each leg, with black socks.
Villarreal 2016/17 Third Kit
If there is a colour clash, this is the Villarreal third kit for the 2016/17 season.
The front of the shirt is alternating dark and light green horizontal bands. The back of the shirt is a solid design with the darker green as the base.
The round neck collar and shirt sleeve cuffs follow the same pattern. The collar is dark green at the front with light green around the sides and back. The cuffs are light green at the front and dark green at the back.
The kit is finished with dark green shorts and socks.
