Fellaini Debuts Visaro Signal Edition Boots
If the action on the pitch was dull and mind-numbing, Manchester United’s trip to Liverpool will be memorable for one reason: Marouane Fellaini’s boots.
The Belgian midfielder wore the stunning New Balance Visaro Signal Edition boots. On sale from 20th October, the limited edition boots are inspired by the skin patterns of the Poisonous Dart Frog.

The blue and black graphic design of the upper is based on the frog’s skin. It’s certainly an unusual inspiration for a football boot. The ‘low pressure zone’ on the inner toe and knuckle, is designed to give optimum ‘artistic distribution’.
White trim accompanies the pattern, with the New Balance logo on the heel above the reinforced counterbalance. On the inner side of the boot, the company name is printed above the ‘N’ in black with blue border. The outer sees the motif in white with blue border. ‘Visaro’ is printed on the outsole.
The ‘Super-Flex Soleplate’ is black with blue tipped studs. The ‘Medial Pivot Zone’ with it’s unique stud layout, is designed for ‘supremely quick turns’.
It’s certainly an eye-catching boot design. No doubt Aaron Ramsey will wear them when he returns to the Arsenal first team after injury.
