QPR Cock-A-Hoop With 2017/18 Kits

The first Queens Park Rangers kits from Errea and the Italian sportswear manufacturer got off to a flying start. With new sponsors, Royal Panda, replacing Smarkets on the front of the shirt, it’s a clean sweep which fans hope will extend to the pitch.

The R’s finished 18th in the Championship last season, perilously close to the drop zone. A huge turnover of players didn’t help matters and Ian Holloway’s job is to get them closer to the play-offs than the drop.

Never say never, but promotion is a step too far for the west London club in 2017/18.

Errea maintains the designs are entirely bespoke and in fairness to them, there are only so many ways to work blue and white hoops before making a complete pig’s ear of it. Fortunately, they haven’t this around.

The hoops are traditional Rangers style; thick across front and back of the body. The sleeves continue that pattern albeit each with one blue hoop and two white.

A round neck collar comprises a thick blue band with a thinner white one on top while the cuffs are blue.

That’s QPRs usual royal blue, just to emphasize how traditional the kit is, finished with white shorts and socks.

QPR 2017-18 Away Kit

Rangers will sport a red and navy blue hooped away kit next season:

The template is the same as the home kit, with red replacing the white hoops and trim, and royal making way for deep navy.

Navy shorts and red socks complete the strip.

Again hooped, this time with green and black. The kit is finished with black shorts and green socks.

All three kits bear the motif, “#WeAreQPR” inside the back of the shirt while the club’s initials are printed on the inner neckband. On the reverse is “1882”, marking the year of the club’s foundation.
