Sevilla FC’s 2019/20 Home Concept Kit has Arrived.

This week, as we pointed out in our latest article about Nike’s Mercurial football boots, has been about concept kits and football boots. What better way to take us into the weekend than to bring you another excellent concept kit? Sevilla FC are currently sat in first place of La Liga. One point ahead of Barcelona, they’re certainly in an excellent position. While their fans will currently be focused on this season, we’re looking ahead to 2019/20. More specifically, what people think the club will be wearing when they play next season. Yesterday we showed you the club’s away concept kit. It featured a pattern that we’ve seen on PSG’s home kit in a colour combination that was simply excellent. Let’s now see Sevilla FC’s home concept kit.
The jersey is white. Running horizontally across the front of the chest is a physical pattern. This pattern is one that we’ve seen many times in the 2018/19 season. Furthermore, it acts as the perfect blank canvas for the club’s crest, main sponsor and Nike’s iconic Swoosh. Running across the bottom of Sevilla’s home concept kit is a red angular design. Triangles in different shades of red combine to create a well contrasted tapestry. A similar style of pattern runs across the bottom of each sleeve, however instead of triangles, it consists of thin lines of different shades.
Finally, it is worth mentioning the simple neckline which is bordered by red. Furthermore, the designer has opted to utilise the nape of the jersey. On the nape is a dark red rectangle that ties in nicely with the kit’s overall design.
Sevilla’s manager, pablo Machin, will hope that his team can solidify their first place position. Their next game is against Barcelona tomorrow and it’s one that they’ll be praying they can win.
