Aaron Ramsey used social media to reveal a stunning array of New Balance Visaro boots this week.
At the Stadium of Light, he debuted the new red Visaro boots but at training, he unveiled different boots
White New Balance Visaro Boots
These are the white New Balance custom-made boots Aaron Ramsey wore earlier in the week:
The trim on the boots match the same ‘Toxic’ colourway released earlier this year whilst the New Balance ‘N’ features on the outside in black.
Is this Ramsey’s contribution to the ‘old boots’ fad that was sweeping Europe’s top teams recently? At first glance, it seems so but the red soleplate is different to those issued in February.
The likeliest explanation is that they are custom-made, using the red boot as the template.
Blackout New Balance Visaro Boots
On Friday, Ramsey used a blackout New Balance boot:
From a distance, the boots seem to be another custom-made pair based around the new issue boots. Another red soleplate gives the game away. The new template is the basis of this colourway while retaining the individuality of the design.
They are stunning and compare favourably to the same type of boot issued by a number of their rivals.
