Chile Reveal 2018/19 Kit by Nike
Bringing flair, style and colour to the Chile away kit, Nike have created a kit top which is striking in its presentation and stylish in its execution.
About the top, Nike’s Senior Design Director of Foorball Apparel said, “the away kit represents a moden Chile”, adding that football in Chile is played at a, “blistering intensity.”
The stunning lines are said to represent the condor, a bird which is iconic in Chilean culture and the colour gradient is certainly eye-catching.
Since 2002, Chile as an international team have been consistently climbing Fifa’s world rankings. Currently at number 9, the South American team will hope to build upon their recent success, despite not qualifying for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The back of the top is completely blank, giving all the attention to the front, with exception of the country’s symbol on the nape of the shirt.
