South Africa’s 2018/19 Kit Has Arrived
Despite not qualifying for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, South Africa have released their 2018/19 home kit, designed by Nike. Its stunning, simple design brings with it a huge amount of character as well as effective practicality.
The colour scheme of the jersey is yellow and black, with yellow being the colour of the body and the sleeves having yellow and black stripes of varying sizes and distances apart. The stripes rise all the way up to meet the collar and down towards the back.
The Nike Swoosh, South African Football Association Logo and the international crest sit on a horizontal line across the chest and the material used is incredibly breathable to allow maximum comfort when playing high-pressure matches.
While the team might not be making a splash at this year’s World Cup, South Africa are forever looking to improve their football and will do so wearing Nike’s practical, stylish kit.
