Having initially not qualified for the World Cup, Wales thought they hadn't made it. all-time record goal scorer although with 22 goals to his name at the moment
and many internationals to come, it can only be presumed Gareth Bale will
overhaul his tally in the coming years.
Wales have been renowned for wearing a red home strip and have done as far back as the First World War However, in their first appearance at a major tournament, they dawned a 'continental style' yellow and green kit for the very first time.
